WELCOME
Hello. I am David McLeish, a wedding and events pianist based in the Scottish Borders / North Northumberland.
I have been a professional musician since the 1980s, performing mainly as a solo pianist in hotels and restaurants. I have also played in jazz and dance bands, and regularly accompany singers and other musicians in a variety of styles and settings.
That experience and versatility, combined with a genuine passion for music, means I can create the perfect ambiance for your wedding or other special event.
My passion for music is part of who I am. Playing the piano is my greatest pleasure, and there is nothing I enjoy more than sharing that passion with others.
WEDDINGS
There is no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ music for a wedding. There is only the music you want; music that means something to you as a couple and that will make your special day even more memorable.
My role as your wedding pianist is to work closely with you to ensure the music for your wedding is as unique as the day you are planning. I have a vast repertoire of songs, spanning different eras and styles, to help you achieve that.
